. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site to guarantee construction standards and proper materials are used.

. Resource Management: Hire, manage, and coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors and laborers.

. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the site complies with all legal requirements, building codes, and workplace safety regulations.

. Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, approve invoices, process change orders, and track project costs.

. Stakeholder Communication: Hold regular meetings and provide progress and budget reports to clients and executives.

. Problem Solving: Mitigate delays, resolve on-site emergencies, and trouble shoot design or structural issues.

Requirements:

. A solid technical background and a bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical/electronic/civil, marine engineering, or a related field.

. 12years or more of construction management experience

. Understanding of the new construction project.
