Construction Manager

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of structural repair and skimming/coating projects
• Plan project schedule, manpower, and material requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and site supervisors
• Ensure work quality meets specifications and BCA/industry standards
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly
• Manage site safety compliance (WSH regulations, PTW, etc.)
• Control project cost, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Review drawings, method statements, and material submissions
• Lead and supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors
• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in construction, structural repair, or coating works
• Strong knowledge of skimming, waterproofing, concrete repair, and finishing works
• Familiar with Singapore building codes and WSH safety regulations
• Experience managing multiple site projects
• Good leadership and communication skills
