Construction Manager

Construction Management

• End‑to‑end management of the project lifecycle including scheduling, supervision, installation sequencing, and compliance with technical and client requirements.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Manage contracts, budgets, financial forecasting, progress claims, variations, commercial terms, and procurement schedules.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to Singapore WSH regulations, site safety rules, inspections, quality controls, and CRS standards.

Planning & Coordination

• Support pre‑construction activities, site readiness, material planning, cross‑functional collaboration, scheduling and logistics.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain client and partner relationships in the SEA region.
• Represent CRS on site and manage communications.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily site records, progress logs, produce weekly/monthly reports, and ensure proper documentation for commissioning and handover.

Commissioning & Handover

• Ensure all systems are tested, commissioned and delivered in accordance with design and client requirements.
• Rectify all snag items.
