Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors.
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the design team on test fitting of layouts, curation of design intents, material selections, keeping abreast of innovative or creative design solutions.
Monitor project cash flow projections, ensuring payments are processed promptly and recommended to the Client for payment on time.

Job requirements:
Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills strong oral and written skills
Require more than 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
