Construction Manager

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and resolve construction issues efficiently.
• Lead and supervise site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil & building construction.
• Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project coordination.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
