In this role, you'll be part of a team managing complex fit-out and MEP works for large-scale data centre projects.
Your new role
As a Construction Manager, you will:
- Oversee fit-out and MEP installation works for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration.
- Monitor progress on-site, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control for critical infrastructure components.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems for MEP activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety requirements and participate in audits and inspections.
- Act as the primary liaison for MEP-related activities between stakeholders and project teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- You'll have a degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering, recognized by Singapore's professional bodies
- Ideally, you bring at least 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on MEP systems and fit-out works, preferably in data centre or mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with MS Project and strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards is essential.
