Construction Manager (Curtain Wall)

Job Scope

1. Maintain façade construction programs, aligning with main contractor site progress.

2. Coordinate site activities with other trades (MEP, structural, architectural).

3. Oversee access and lifting planning (e.g., tower cranes, gondolas, boom lifts) for façade materials.

4. Manage site supervisors, foremen, and façade installation teams.

5. Evaluate and monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with method statements.

6. Update and report daily/weekly progress to project manager and main contractor.

7. Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for ITPs, NCRs, and punch list clearance.

Requirements
. Diploma or Degree at Architec Or Civil Engineering Or Construction related.
. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
. Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.
