Job Responsibilities
Conduct land and engineering surveys for construction projects, site boundaries, and land titles.
Establish demarcations and guide construction works.
Perform pre-computation checks and verify survey data, measurements, and calculations.
Ensure site buildup complies with construction drawings.
Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare drawings, layouts, elevations, and details.
Provide drawing modifications and recommend design changes to suit site conditions (under Engineer's guidance).
Job Requirements
Diploma in Land Surveying / Geomatics or equivalent.
8 years of relevant experience in civil and building projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D BIM.
Knowledge of STAR.NET software.
Good command of English and/or Mandarin.
Able to lead survey team and handle all survey-related matters.
Able to prepare design and shop drawings under the Engineer's guidance.
Experience with LTA or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
