Construction Manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from planning, construction to commissioning
• Oversee site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues on site
• Supervise installation works including steel structure, piping, and equipment
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline
• Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of project status
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations
• Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in construction/project management
• Proven experience in international projects (e.g., Singapore, Middle East, Southeast Asia)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, commissioning, and project lifecycle management
• Experience in steel structure, piping, and equipment installation
• Familiar with petrochemical, chemical, or industrial projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Certified Engineer or relevant professional certification preferred (e.g., CNCEC, CSWIP)
