Assist with work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
Involve with QS team to complete the subletting and suppliers selection.
Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project.
Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
Complete task as assigned by Project Director
Handling technical issues in projects with Technical Manager if necessary
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Harbour, Waterway and Coastal Engineering.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Working experience in main-con company is a must.
Candidate must specialized in various channel and coast project experience.
Candidate should be also well-experienced and participate in project tender section.
