Job Description:
- Assist the PM to oversee the construction and commissioning of the works, including processing claims from the Contractors such as progress payments, variations, and requests for extension of time
- Oversee and coordinate the work between the Design Team and Contractors, for ensuring consistency in scheduling, cost controls, documents controls and implementation of quality assurance programmes, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications
- Review and updating of the Contractor's schedules showing the status of all projects as well as cost status for all contracts
- Managing the quality assurance and safety requirements, and also the Consultant's site supervision team
Requirements:
- Have about 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years shall be in managing the construction of large used water/water treatment plant projects construction contracts of similar size and complexity and possess a relevant engineering degree or certification
- Familiarity of Primavera P6 scheduling software would be advantageous
- Good supervisory skills
- Project experience in water/water treatment plant projects is an advantage
