Assignduties and responsibilities within the Project team and to ensure that all required action is completed.
Review Environment, Health & Safety performance.
Ensure the competent and trained staff in the Project team is aware of all requirement of the project.
Ensure that the selection process for suppliers and sub-contractors includes an appraisal of their ability and commitment to meet the Company requirements.
Assign work and responsibility to engineers, supervisors and foreman.
Organize the project site and other places of work so that all operations are carried out to the required standard with minimum risk to the workers, equipment and materials.
See that all construction regulations and other legal requirements are complied with at the construction site and ensure that all registers and reports are in order.
Implement the required standard of compliance for plant, equipment, materials, products and work activities.
Plan and arrange the work schedule to ensure that the project completes on time.
Make sure that all personnel employed are trained and suitable for the job assigned.
Be aware and familiar with the Company Safety Policy and Safety Management System
Requirements:
Master or degree in engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus.
Minimum of 5years of senior-level experience in the Singapore construction sector.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.
