Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure overall company performance and efficiency
Develop, implement, and review business strategies aligned with organisational objectives
Lead, manage, and supervise management and operational teams across departments
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business development initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements
Work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and service providers
Report to directors/shareholders and support long-term planning and business expansion initiatives
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably at senior management level
Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning
Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with the local business environment and regulatory framework is an advantage
