Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily briefings and pre-task planning.
- Assign daily tasks, provide on-the-job training, and resolve work-related problems.
- Create daily schedules, allocate labor and equipment, and manage material delivery.
- Manage equipment maintenance, order materials and monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
- Resolve technical issues, and oversee the correct implementation of construction methods.
- Maintain site cleanliness and proper disposal of debris.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of working experience in related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Pro-active and good working attitude.
- Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays should the need arise.
- Able to work irregular hours should the need arise.
