Construction General Foreman

Job Description:

. Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth work progress.

. Monitor work schedules and assist in ensuring projects are completed on time.

. Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site management on daily operations.

. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain proper housekeeping on site.

. Assist in overseeing manpower allocation and site productivity.

. Support and guide workers to achieve project requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

. Physically fit and must be able to perform site inspections, which involve walking on uneven surfaces and carrying light construction tools.

. Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team under pressure.

. A strong willingness to learn construction site operations and take on leadership responsibilities.

. Willing to perform hands-on work when necessary.

. Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends when required by project needs.
