Role and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Develop work schedules
- Assign tasks to workers
- Solve disputes between workers
- Report project progress to superiors
- Act as a liaison between workers and supervisors
- Ensure projects are adequately staffed
Requirements
- Relevant certificates from BCA or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
- Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority
