CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

. Fetch and arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers daily

. Supervise all workers on site, ensuring proper execution of project site operations

. Oversee construction projects and supervise workers. The general foreman responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees.

. Coordinating with sub-contractors at site works and resolve site issues

. Report to project manager on project status

. Planning and order material

. Quality check and control for finished works

. Progress control on structure works

. Control the quality /budget/site progress

. Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork

. Any other related ad-hoc duties assign by superior/engineer from time to time

. Will be required to perform overtime work, weekend works or working with challenging client from time to time
