Construction Foreman

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise Chinese, Indian & Bangladesh site workers.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works completed on time.
• Able to understand Architectural and structural drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
• Manage issues on site and resolve them
• Check quality of work
• Report to Site Supervisor on site matters and progress of work.
• Compliance to safe work procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Good communicative skills and be able to communicate with people of all levels (Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi Workers and management team)
