Prepare and undertake technical supports, site reports and design calculation
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / manager
Liaise & communicate effectively with respective parties / clients / consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors with project related issues from inception to completion of project and follows all construction regulations
Manage contractors and workers to complete the project within the given budget and time and to ensures all structural works follows as design plan
Provide technical advice and resolve technical issues during construction
Job Requirements:
At least three years of related working experience in A&A, R&R, General Building Work & Civil Works / Design & Builds project etc
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and design analysis software
Must be able to speak and write in both English and Chinese (in order to handle queries, requests and concerns from English/Mandarin-speaking clients/subcontractors.)
Able to work independently and in a team
Preferably with Singapore Class 3 driving license & Process Own Vehicles
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) qualifications acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer
