Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Organize materials and maintain safe, clean work sites to support efficient project execution
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and ensure availability of appropriate materials and tools for project needs
• Provide technical advice and actionable improvement suggestions to enhance project outcomes
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Develop detailed work schedules and communicate adjustments clearly to crew members and clients to ensure alignment
• Gather relevant data, compile comprehensive reports, and deliver presentations to inform and engage stakeholders
• Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate meetings and training sessions to optimize team performance
• Complete quality assurance checks and provide constructive feedback to improve team output and project quality
