Key Responsibilities of this Construction Disputes Counsel:
- Manage and resolve a broad range of commercial and construction disputes across the region
- Oversee external counsel and litigation strategy
- Advise internal stakeholders on risk mitigation, contract disputes, and regulatory issues
- Support contract negotiations and project execution from a risk and disputes perspective
Key Requirements of this Construction Disputes Counsel:
- 15-20+ years PQE
- Strong background in commercial litigation, construction arbitration, or infrastructure disputes
- Familiarity with regional legal frameworks and dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g. SIAC, ICC)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Singapore-qualified or from a common law jurisdiction preferred
