Your Role
You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction programs across APAC for mission-critical facilities. This includes managing full builds, fit-outs, upgrades, and infrastructure works. You will oversee budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful project execution and handover to operations teams.
What You'll Do
Lead construction delivery from project inception through completion and handover
Implement and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSSE standards
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to define project goals and execution strategy
Oversee procurement, contractor selection, negotiation, and contract management
Manage construction documents, change orders, and project closeout documentation
Identify and implement value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
Track project performance, risks, and issues implement mitigation plans
Provide regular project updates and maintain strong stakeholder communication
Ensure construction quality control and adherence to industry standards
Manage governance and reporting structures across regional stakeholders
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as Construction Manager / Director, preferably in mission-critical infrastructure
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with MEP systems and large-scale facility construction
Advantageous
Experience in data centers, colocation, hyperscale, or high-availability facilities
Experience managing large contractors and EPC vendors
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and governance standards
