Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to define project goals, scope, and initial design concepts.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and feasibility studies.
- Partner with the Investment team to assess project viability, incorporating cost estimates, market insights, and preliminary layouts that align with local regulations.
- Lead coordination meetings with consultants and technical teams to align on project requirements.
- Drive the design process using a design-thinking approach to ensure functionality, compliance, and innovation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to prepare drawings for authority submissions and tendering.
- Ensure tender documentation aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Monitor construction progress, resolving design-related issues as they arise.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and design compliance are maintained.
- Oversee final inspections and ensure all deliverables meet project specifications.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture key learnings for future developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of local building codes and industry standards
