Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycleplanning schedules, implementing work, and overseeing site operationsfrom concept through completion, including TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and DLP (Defects Liability Period) stages.
Read and produce architectural, structural, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) drawings.
Set and manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop creative exterior and interior layouts for residential projects.
Coordinate with key stakeholders and conduct regular site visits to report on progress.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant project design and management experience in Singapore; equivalent experience will be considered.
Able to manage projects independently.
Self-motivated, results-oriented team player who can also work independently.
Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
Proficient with design software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Lumion) and presentation tools (e.g., Photoshop, SketchUp, PowerPoint).
Able to work on Saturdays when required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
