We are seeking a motivated Site Project Coordinator to support the execution of our projects. You will coordinate site activities, handle authorities submissions, manage documentation, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings & specifications
- Liaise between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and the relevant team
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Handle technical drawings and resolve discrepancies, if any.
- Prepare and manage documentation (RFIs, reports, submissions)
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Support cost control and budgeting tracking
- Ensure safety (WSH) and regulatory requirements
Skills Required
- Knowledgeof Architectural, Civil & Structural building construction works or related field.
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/ Excels
- Strong knowledge of site operations, coordination processes, and project management skills will be preferred for architectural/structural work details.
- Proven leadership skills to supervise and manage Coordinators, Foremen, and workers.
- Strong ability in multitasking
- Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
Minimum Qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management
- Knowledge of local regulations (e.g., BCA standards)
- WSH-related certifications (e.g., Safety courses) are an advantage
