Job Summary
Provide attentive nursing and childcare services in a confinement centre, supporting infants health and development while maintaining clear communication with parents and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor infants health and wellbeing according to established nursing protocols and standards
- Feed infants on a predefined schedule to ensure proper nutrition
- Change diapers and bathe infants to maintain hygiene and comfort
- Clean, sanitize, and ensure all infant items are safe for use
- Perform laundry and ironing of infants clothes to maintain cleanliness
- Maintain a constant supply of diapers and baby products to meet daily needs
- Record and report infants daily activities and health status accurately
- Communicate infants progress and any concerns clearly to parents or guardians
- Observe and document children's learning activities to support developmental tracking
- Provide warm, consistent, and nurturing caregiving to foster secure attachments and emotional development
Required competencies and certifications
- Certification in nursing care, childcare, or relevant courses as stated: Possess certification in nursing care/childcare or other courses that are relevant.
- Persons without relevant qualifications can be considered based on experience.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training if lacking relevant experience: On the job training will be provided to interested applicants without relevant experience.
