Condominium Manager

JOB SCOPES

-Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties

-Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the sites

-Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities management and operational activities

-Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development

- Lead a team of technical officers or technicians in troubleshooting, preventive management and breakdown maintenance

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.

-Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.

-Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

-Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
