Job Description

  • Acting as the primary liaison between the Management Council/Client and SGMA
  • Responding promptly to feedback, incidents, and site issues, with proper logging and follow-up
  • Supervising contractors, cleaners, security, and other service providers to ensure performance and safety
  • Enforcing by-laws, managing facility bookings, and resolving estate disputes professionally
  • Coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections with vendors and relevant authorities
