Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall management of residential or commercial properties under MCST, ensuring smooth daily operations, financial control, regulatory compliance, and positive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property operations and site performance
Manage stakeholders including MCST council, residents, and tenants
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure control
Manage contracts, vendors, and service providers
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related field
3–5 years relevant experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
