Job Duties
- Manage the queue of limousine and large taxi drivers, and assign bookings based on passenger requests.
- Ensure all vehicle assignments are done efficiently, fairly, and on time to support smooth transport operations across terminals.
- Provide remote customer service at unmanned Ground Transport Centre (GTC) counters via video concierge system, including:
Responding to passenger enquiries
Assisting with transport bookings
Advising on available transport options
Collecting levy from assigned taxi drivers - Maintain a consistent service standard between remote and manned counters.
- Manage the flow and supply of limousines and large taxis along terminal internal roadways to avoid congestion and ensure pedestrian safety.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of limousines and large taxis to meet passenger demand throughout the year.
- Oversee assigned holding areas and ensure that only authorised drivers are present and that they comply with behavioural guidelines.
- Manage the registration process for taxi drivers under the GTC scheme, including:
Issuing and collecting application forms
Capturing required driver and vehicle details (e.g. name, vehicle/IU number, taxi company, payment account)
Verifying information accuracy and completeness
Maintaining an up-to-date registry of all registered GTC drivers for operations and audits
Requirement:
At least 2-3 yrs supervisory role experience
