Job Description

Our client is a well known property MNC, with assets ranging from residential, commercial to retail. Currently they are looking for Concierge to join their leasing team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Concierge:

  • Attend to shoppers enquiries / feedback
  • Assist in Advertising & Promotions activities such as issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers
  • Handling gift redemptions
  • Administrative duties and any other duties

Requirements

  • Willing to commit to shift arrangement - including weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Min 1 year of customer service experience
