1. Front Desk & Reception Duties
Greet visitors, tenants, and shoppers in a professional & courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about stores, offices, facilities & services.
Maintain visitor logs & issue visitor passes in accordance with building protocols.
Answer & direct incoming calls appropriately.
2. Customer Service & Tenant Support
Assist visitors with directions & general inquiries.
Handle complaints or concerns promptly & escalate when required.
Coordinate tenant requests with maintenance, housekeeping & security teams.
Manage lost & found documentation & claims.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
Prepare daily reports & incident logs.
Support mall events & promotional activities when needed.
Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness & professional presentation.
4. Safety & Security Coordination
Observe & report suspicious activity to security personnel.
Ensure compliance with building access procedures.
Assist during emergency situations & evacuation procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality or Customer Service preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar concierge, front desk, or customer service role (mandatory).
Experience in a mall, commercial building, hotel, or mixed-use development is preferred.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance & customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, visitor management systems).
