Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression
- Manage customer flow efficiently by understanding and directing clients based on their needs
- Implement crowd control measures, including regulating store entry when required
- Engage and attend to clients in both physical queues and within the store while they await service
- Provide accurate updates on estimated waiting times and manage client expectations professionally
- Offer thoughtful amenities such as seating, reading materials, or refreshments to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a good understanding of the store layout, product offerings, and ongoing in-store events
- Assist clients with directions and provide general information about the surrounding area
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Proactive and attentive, with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Associates to ensure smooth client flow, including managing pre-booked appointments and walk-in customers
- Highly alert, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role
