Key Responsibilities
Premium Guest Experience
Deliver an elevated, high-touch human experience for all conference suite users, with particular focus on VVIP and C-suite executives.
Provide a warm, polished, and consistently hospitable environment designed to impress and comfort executive-level guests.
Anticipate guest needs through observation, intuition, and proactive service to create memorable, personalized experiences.
Foster a sense of community, trust, and seamless comfort within the suite.
Luxury Hospitality Standards
Apply refined service techniques aligned with 5-star hotel or premium aviation standards.
Execute elevated service rituals - greeting protocols, escorting, personal preferences, and discretion.
Maintain impeccable grooming, posture, tone, and presence at all times.
Front-of-House Operations
Serve as the primary ambassador of the executive suite, providing smooth reception and personalized guest handling.
Support meeting operations: room readiness checks, AV/IT coordination, and schedule management.
Ensure suite space presentation meets luxury benchmarks: cleanliness, scent, ambience, lighting, and amenities.
Suite Readiness & Coordination
Oversee daily operational readiness to ensure all rooms and common areas are presentation-ready and fully equipped.
Coordinate with internal partners (facilities, catering, security, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage inventory and replenishment of high-quality amenities and refreshments.
Client Support & Relationship Building
Build genuine rapport with frequent executive guests and administrative partners.
Understand and remember personal preferences (beverages, room setups, timing patterns, special needs).
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Administration & Reporting
Manage bookings, logs, and daily suite utilization reports.
Escalate incidents, track guest feedback, and propose ideas for continuous improvement.
Uphold all security, privacy, and operational policies, especially those affecting senior executives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience serving VVIPs and C-suite executives is highly preferred
Background in luxury hotels, premium hospitality, first-/business-class aviation, or VIP guest services is highly preferred.
Experience in an executive, corporate, or high-security environment is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
High level of poise, confidence, and situational judgement.
Strong multitasking ability with a calm, composed presence.
