COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL (CNC) PROGRAMMER

We are looking for an experienced CNC Woodworking Machine Operator to support our furniture and cabinet production.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in woodworking CNC machines (e.g. SCM router / TECH Z5) and be familiar with panel processing such as MDF, plywood, and laminates.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC woodworking machines (e.g. SCM router, TECH Z5) for cabinet and furniture production

• Set up, run, and monitor CNC programs for cutting, drilling, and shaping wood panels

• Load and unload materials (plywood, MDF, laminate boards) safely and efficiently

• Interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and production plans

• Perform test runs and ensure machines are functioning properly

• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards

• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of CNC experience in woodworking / carpentry / furniture production

• Hands-on experience with CNC woodworking machines (router machines)

• Experience with SCM machines (e.g. TECH Z5) will be a strong advantage

• Familiar with materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate boards

• Able to read and interpret woodworking drawings / cutting lists

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (e.g. AlphaCAM or similar software) is an advantage

• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently

• Willing to work 6 days per week
