Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle implementation and optimization of business applications to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of business applications, ensuring alignment with business and client goals
- Optimize business applications to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and deliver tailored business application solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support during deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications
- Act as the primary liaison for clients on business application solutions, addressing their needs and concerns
- Identify and recommend scalable improvements and innovative features for business applications
- Monitor application performance continuously and resolve issues proactively to maintain system reliability
- Stay updated on ICT industry trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic application decisions
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business applications, information systems, ICT operations, or technology project management
- Proven ability to manage implementation, deployment, and maintenance of business application systems
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement, enterprise applications, and system integration
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, external clients, and technology vendors
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
