Essential Job Duties
- Sort, repair, test and hands-on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, network equipment, computers and spare parts
- Configure products to customer specifications
- Generate discrepancy reports
- Provide customer technical support
- Interface with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales to troubleshoot and resolve any customer's technical issues
- Address any inventory spec issues and provide updates to Supply Chain, Inventory Control and Management
- Assist Operations team and other departments as needed
- Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas
- Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety and environmental processes and policies

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Teamwork experience and strong team player
Experience
- Prior experience with assembling or hands-on testing of IT hardware (specifically Dell or HP).
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications
- Any or all of the following training certifications:
- Certified Network Administration (CNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Administration (CCNA)
- A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified System Administration (MCSA)
- Microsoft Technical Administration (MTA)
- Server+ Certification
- Network+ Certification
Software Requirements
- General knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Access Database experience a plus
- Experience in SAP or SAP ByDesign is a plus
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
