Job Description
- You will play a key role both hands-on and as a leader for MAS interactions, this includes CMS licensing, liaising with the MAS on reviews, and leading all reporting and regulatory developments.
- You will form part of a team that develops frameworks including post-review assessment, and the implementation of risk and compliance initiatives.
- You will work closely with sales, marketing and distribution teams on all cross-border related matters, playing a strategic and operational support role.
- You will lead this function within the group, influencing team members across the region and senior stakeholders on key compliance matters.
Requirements
- 10 - 18 years experience
- Strong exposure in MAS and the Funds related industry
- Strong background in engaging and influencing stakeholders - essential
- This role can be for a Director level leader today, or hands-on Senior Manager with expertise in leading and influencing key stakeholders.
