Responsibilities:

• You will be working in a compliance team for international game publishing, assist in updating content, templates, translating documents (English and Chinese) for our compliance knowledge sharing centre.
• Work with our in-house designer to design compliance course posters & marketing materials, assist in releasing course learning notifications, organizing course enrollment, and completing the collection of post-course feedback.
• Assist in project management on a compliance platform development work including user requirement gathering and perform testing.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Ability to proficiently handle Chinese and English documents, as the role involves handling and translating compliance-related material in both languages.
• Good in Microsoft Office, experience with design software like Photoshop is a plus; able to design updates and promotional materials according to PSD source files.
• Available to work at least 24 hours per week, ideally full-time, with an internship period of 3 months or more.
• Responsible, attentive, patient, with clear logic, strong execution, and excellent communication skills.
