My client is a leading and growing Commodities Sales Platform and we are recruiting for a Compliance professional to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business to provide regulatory and compliance advisory support to senior management and work closely with stakeholders in the market. Responsibilities for this Compliance (Payments) - Commodities Sales Platform

• Advise on regulatory licensing applications and ongoing requirements for MPI licences in Singapore and licensing regimes across APAC.
• Review, update, and enhance policies, procedures, and control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with MAS regulations and applicable regional regulatory standards.
• Support business growth initiatives by advising on market expansion, innovative products, customer activities, and emerging regulatory issues across APAC.

Requirements for this Compliance (Payments) - Commodities Sales Platform

• At least 5 years of experience within a regulated environment, with hands‑on exposure to regulatory compliance and/or financial crime compliance relating to Major Payment Institution licences
• Relevant experience within a regulator
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulations and regulatory expectations in Singapore.
