We are seeking for highly motivated person to join this dynamic administrative team in. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and assisting senior management with various administrative tasks.
Job Description:
- Provide support in coordination with compliance vendor on adherence of internal policies and regulatory compliance requirements, assist with audits and documentations.
- Manage daily office operations, including reception, phone calls, emails, clients enquires and directors calendar scheduling.
- Oversee admin workflows, ensuring timely processing of insurance policies, endorsements and documentations.
- Assist with HR-related projects, staff initiatives, and training coordination.
- Coord for marketing and branding projects, social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Assist management with reporting, scheduling and special projects as needed.
- Organise and manage company's events.
Job Requirements: - Proven experience in office management, admin, or operations support - preferably in insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office systems.
- Effective communication skills booth written and verbal.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional conduct and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
