What You'll Do

- In addition to these core duties, you will provide hands-on support to the EMAC Investment Team by managing transaction-related documentation such as NDAs, LOIs, mandate letters, term sheets; facilitating KYC processes; assisting with loan monitoring; preparing annual review packs; coordinating third-party adviser onboarding; and ensuring seamless communication between investment professionals and support functions like legal or finance.
