What You'll Do

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the organisation's reputation by ensuring robust adherence to evolving regulatory requirements while also supporting investment operations.

  • Involve tracking legislative changes affecting financial services in Singapore, preparing detailed analyses on their impact, coordinating timely submissions of official filings, managing registers essential for audit readiness, and acting as a trusted resource for both internal teams and external advisers.
  • You will also be responsible for reviewing marketing materials from a compliance perspective, conducting AML reviews alongside your colleagues, and serving as Data Protection Officer.
  • In addition to these core duties, you will provide hands-on support to the EMAC Investment Team by managing transaction-related documentation such as NDAs, LOIs, mandate letters, term sheets; facilitating KYC processes; assisting with loan monitoring; preparing annual review packs; coordinating third-party adviser onboarding; and ensuring seamless communication between investment professionals and support functions like legal or finance.
  • Success in this role requires you to be highly organised, responsive to change, attentive to detail, able to build strong relationships across departments, and committed to upholding ethical standards throughout all aspects of your work.
