Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end compliance framework and regulatory adherence
- Prepare and submit MAS filings and periodic regulatory reporting
- Maintain and update internal policies, controls, and compliance manuals
- Support Board governance processes, audits, and risk assessments
- Conduct KYC, investor due diligence, and ongoing monitoring activities
- Monitor trading activities and ensure portfolio compliance adherence
- Partner with stakeholders on compliance training and internal controls
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- 3+ years of compliance experience within hedge funds/asset management firms
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including AML and fund compliance
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance reporting processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Proactive mindset with strong organisational and coordination skills
