Compliance Officer

We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to appoint a Compliance Officer in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Head of Asia Compliance, this role will support the firm's regional compliance framework with a primary focus on Singapore regulatory matters, while also providing broader APAC compliance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support MAS regulatory and CMS license compliance obligations
• Provide compliance advisory on business and APAC marketing activities
• Review marketing materials, filings, and regulatory submissions
• Support AML/CFT, employee compliance, and governance matters
• Assist with compliance monitoring, reporting, and training initiatives
• Liaise with regional stakeholders and regulators where required

Requirements

• 5–7 years of compliance experience within financial services / asset management
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and CMS license requirements
• Exposure to private markets / investment management preferred
• Good understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
