Compliance Officer, Corporate & Trust Services (Singapore)

Due to business growth, our client is seeking a motivated Compliance professional to join their Singapore team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a regulated environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about building a long-term career in compliance and risk management.

What you'll do

• Support AML/CFT monitoring, onboarding and ongoing due diligence for clients
• Conduct KYC checks and review documentation across new and existing relationships
• Monitor transactions and escalate unusual activity where required
• Perform periodic client reviews and support regulatory reporting
• Prepare compliance reports and contribute to internal audit readiness
• Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing responsibilities independently

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of Singapore AML/CFT regulations is essential (exposure to offshore regimes is advantageous)
• Prior experience in financial services trust industry exposure is highly valued
• Accounting knowledge or background will be beneficial
• Detail-oriented, disciplined and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• Team player with strong integrity and professionalism
