Job Scope:
- Conduct inspections, audits, or assessments of healthcare providers.
- Check whether they follow regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, policies, and standards.
- Review documents, procedures, records, and operational practices.
- Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to review information objectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in compliance, auditing, investigations, healthcare, quality assurance, or regulatory work is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
