Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance policieson antibribery and corruption, and antitrust compliance.
  • Monitor global and domestic regulatorydevelopments and recommend appropriate policy updates.
  • Oversee the organisation's whistleblowing framework, including reportingchannels, case management, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Lead internal investigations in collaborationwith relevant divisions (e.g. HR), and present findings to seniormanagement and audit committees.
  • Act as the organisation's Data ProtectionOfficer (DPO), serving as custodian of data privacy policies and incidentreporting.
  • Develop and maintain personal data protectionpolicies and frameworks in compliance with applicable data protectionlaws.
  • Support data privacy impact assessments,consent management processes, and incident response planning.


Drive ongoing initiatives to enhance organisational awareness and promote compliancedriven practices.

Manage all Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and ensure appropriate due diligence is conducted on counterparties.

Provide advisory support and highlight issues arising from due diligence and compliance reviews to relevant business units.

Liaise with internal audit teams, external regulators, and functional heads to ensure transparent and effective compliance oversight.

Prepare and present compliance risk dashboards, metrics, and disclosures for management and boardlevel review.


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience incommodities industry
  • Indepthknowledge of sanctions, antibriberyand corruption, antitrust,and data privacy regulations, including PDPA.
  • Proven experience in managing whistleblowingframeworks and conducting investigations with discretion, objectivity, andintegrity.
  • Strong analytical, communication, andstakeholder management skills, underpinned by sound ethical judgment.
