Responsibilities for this Compliance Monitoring - Global Asset Management firm

• Lead the implementation and regionalization of compliance monitoring and surveillance programs, ensuring consistent standards and methodologies across local business units.
• Provide guidance and oversight to local compliance teams on Compliance Monitoring planning and testing activities, ensuring quality and consistency of execution.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and data analytics initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of compliance monitoring and surveillance activities across the region.

Requirements for this Compliance Monitoring - Global Asset Management firm

• 4 years of experience in an Asset Management / Wealth Management or Investment Banking Compliance or related testing and surveillance activities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
