We are looking for a Compliance Manager to develop, manage, and monitor compliance programs across Scry AI's business operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, internal policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards while working closely with legal, finance, security, HR, and business teams.

Role Overview

As a Compliance Manager at Scry AI, you will oversee compliance frameworks, policies, controls, assessments, and reporting processes. You will monitor regulatory requirements, identify compliance risks, coordinate audits and assessments, and help business teams maintain appropriate controls as the organization grows.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong knowledge of regulatory and corporate compliance, can interpret complex requirements, and is comfortable working across business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Program Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain organizational compliance programs and frameworks
• Establish policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring mechanisms
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess adherence to compliance requirements
• Maintain documentation and evidence supporting compliance activities

Regulatory & Policy Compliance

• Monitor applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and regulatory developments
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on business processes and internal policies
• Coordinate with relevant teams to implement required compliance measures
• Maintain an updated repository of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Risk Assessment & Internal Controls

• Conduct compliance risk assessments across business functions
• Identify control gaps, policy violations, and areas of regulatory exposure
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Track remediation activities and ensure identified issues are addressed within agreed timelines

Audit & Assessment Coordination

• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and certification assessments
• Coordinate documentation, evidence collection, and stakeholder responses
• Track audit findings and remediation plans through closure
• Maintain records to support ongoing audit and assessment readiness

Data Privacy, Security & Technology Compliance

• Collaborate with security, IT, legal, and product teams on data protection and technology compliance requirements
• Support compliance with applicable privacy, information security, and data governance requirements
• Contribute to compliance reviews for new products, processes, vendors, and technology initiatives
• Support organizational adherence to relevant security and compliance standards

Training, Reporting & Governance

• Develop compliance awareness and training programs for employees
• Prepare compliance reports, risk summaries, and updates for management
• Establish mechanisms for reporting and addressing potential compliance concerns
• Promote consistent application of compliance policies across departments

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in compliance management, regulatory compliance, risk, governance, audit, or related roles
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance frameworks and internal controls
• Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk reviews
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational controls
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security, and technology compliance is preferred
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
