As a Compliance Manager, you will support and strengthen NCS's compliance framework across areas such as anti-bribery & corruption (ABC), data privacy, trade compliance, and conflict of interest management. The role involves monitoring and analysing ABC Portal requests to identify trends, exceptions, and red flags, while providing compliance advice to employees and business units. You will also support policy reviews, develop and deliver training and e-learning modules, and drive awareness through internal communications. In addition, you will prepare compliance reports for management, coach teams to enhance compliance capabilities, and ensure consistent alignment with corporate governance standards.
